How a retrospective works

1. Collect

Everyone adds notes to categories like Start, Stop, and Continue — anonymously if you like.

2. Group

Drag related notes together so common themes emerge instead of a wall of duplicates.

3. Vote

Each participant gets a limited number of votes to prioritize the most important topics.

4. Act

Turn the top items into action items with owners, and review last retro's items before you start.

The prioritization phase: each topic shows a vote counter, with a header tracking votes used and votes remaining.
Everyone gets a fixed number of votes, so the team has to choose what actually matters.
The results screen: counts of participants, notes, groups and action items, with every note listed by category and author, and an export tab.
At the end, a summary you can export to PDF or Markdown and keep.
